5️⃣ Shaping

  • Degas the dough

  • Divide it into two portions

  • Spread thinly (2 to 3 mm thick)

Using a pizza cutter, cut into small rectangles.

6️⃣ Cooking

Heat the oil to  170–180°C .

Dip the pieces of dough and fry:

  • Until they are golden brown

  • Approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side

Drain on absorbent paper.
