3️⃣ Form the dough

Gradually pour the liquid mixture into the bowl containing the flour.

Knead for 8 to 10 minutes until you obtain a dough:

  • Smooth

  • Flexible

  • Slightly elastic

If needed, add a teaspoon of water or a little flour depending on the texture.

4️⃣ Rest time

Cover the salad bowl with a clean cloth.

Let it rise for about  2 hours , in a warm place, until the dough has doubled in volume.

👉 Tip: place it in an oven that is off with the light on for optimal rising.
